Dan Dempsey
President/CEO |
Mr. Dempsey is a founder and President/CEO of Marketlink, responsible for evaluating new line opportunities, negotiating agreements and managing the team that drives the relationships during the term of the agreements. Working closely with the assigned product line manager, Mr. Dempsey is responsible for the successful implementation and launch of new lines. Mr. Dempsey is also responsible for investor relations of Marketlink.
Mr. Dempsey has over twenty years of experience successfully managing his own businesses in the computer technical fields including manufacturer's representative, wholesale distribution, systems integration and software development. He participated in the development of several startups in the computer industry including Boca Research, Radius, and Tut Systems. Prior to starting his own business, Mr. Dempsey worked in the private and public accounting fields, acting as Division Controller for a Fortune 500 company, and as a Tax Partner in a regional public accounting firm. Mr. Dempsey attended the University of Michigan, and graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He earned a Masters in Taxation from Walsh College. |

Kathryn Joseph
V.P. of: Business Development & Client Relations |
In this role she manages the Michigan-based Business Development organization while acting as client advocate for current Marketlink clients. She also aids in the pursuit of new client relationships.

Tim Hardy
V.P. of IT |
Tim is VP of Information Technology and Services for Marketlink and its affiliated companies. In his role, Mr. Hardy oversees all internal technology and data center responsibilities and ensures our users and clients enjoy 24 X 7 support and availability of internal and external systems. Mr. Hardy has been with Marketlink since inception.
Mr. Hardy has extensive experience in the I.T. field providing support and services to many major technology providers including nine years with Apple Computer and several years with Honeywell Information Systems. |

Thomas O. Ganiard
V.P. of Field Sales |
Mr. Ganiard is Vice President of Field Sales for Marketlink Services. Tom manages the field sales team and directs all field sales activities and channel relationships. He provides departmental vision, strategy and training to deliver maximum return on investment for Marketlink investors and clients.
Tom Ganiard has over two decades of experience in sales management and account development, with a background in software and application services, e-commerce, expense analysis, business analytics and contract management. He has managed many product campaigns from concept through deployment and end of life. Tom's areas of expertise include new market development, analyzing user requirements, defining product specifications, and channel marketing. Prior to joining Marketlink Services, Tom spent four years at The Ganiard Group bringing in many high profile new accounts representing numerous manufacturers earning "Regional Company of the Year" multiple years. Tom has consistently ranked in the top 10% of the nation in Sales while previously working for Modis, Prophet 21 and ADP. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Financial Administration from Michigan State University. He is also professionally certified in Selling & Coaching. |
